A school bus carrying 19 students ranging from kindergarten to Grade 12 veered off the road Friday morning in the RM of St. Clements, leaving two students with minor injuries, RCMP say.
Police were called to Dunning Road in the rural municipality northeast of Winnipeg at about 8:25 a.m. following a report of a single-vehicle collision involving the school bus, RCMP say.
The driver was able to regain control of the bus after it veered off the road and continue its route, police say, but two students suffered minor injuries in the incident.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor. RCMP continue to investigate.
