Waterloo region outdoor educator creates a buzz with A B(ee) CD
'Bees have so many storylines,' singer-songwriter Sean McCammon says

Sean McCammon has taken inspiration from his work as an outdoor educator to create A B(ee) CD.
McCammon teaches students in the Waterloo Region District School Board about all kinds of outdoor activities including snowshoeing, maple syrup tree tapping and bee hives.
He works out of the Laurel Creek Nature Centre in Waterloo and he says a previous CD about maple syrup production did it well and he finds music helps the students learn about particular topics. So he decided to see if he could find sweet success with an album about bees.
He's hoping it creates some buzz.
"It's hard to write a dozen songs about orienteering or snowshoeing or that kind of thing. But bees have so many storylines that it's pretty easy," he told CBC Kitchener-Waterloo's The Morning Edition.
