Jurors in the trial of two men accused of killing Hamilton resident Tim Bosma are expected to hear today from police officers who found an incinerator called The Eliminator on Dellen Millard's farm.
Millard, 30, and Mark Smich, 28, both face first-degree murder charges.
The Crown alleges Bosma's body was burned inside the incinerator in 2013 after he disappeared while taking his pickup truck on a test drive with two men.
The first witness Wednesday was Chaz Main, who regularly would ride his dirt bike on the adjoining property and was surprised in May, 2013, to have police officers stop him for questioning.
