Dragons' Den producers are thrilled to be returning to the East Coast and will be bringing the 2024 audition tour to Halifax for the first time since 2019!


We know Halifax is a bustling hub for startups - Easy PlatterThe 7 Virtues, and Hope Blooms are just some of the many successful Dragons' Den alumni from Halifax.

Dragons' Den gives aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their businesses to a panel of wealthy Canadian business moguls - the Dragons. Successful pitchers will have a chance to earn real investment - from the Dragons' own pockets!

On Saturday, Feb. 24, audition in person for Season 19 of DRAGONS' DEN.

This is a fantastic opportunity for entrepreneurs and small business owners to apply and pitch their business concept for the chance to appear on national television.

Lessons From the Den: An Event for Entrepreneurs

Furthermore, in an extra effort to connect with communities, on Friday, Feb. 23, producers will host a special event at Halifax Central Library: Lessons From the Den: An Event for Entrepreneurs! 

This small business symposium features successful Dragons' Den alumni  who will share their wisdom of what it takes to BYOB (Build Your Own Business). Learn, ask questions, and network with producers from Dragons' Den and a plethora of business professionals. The event will be at Halifax Central Library's Paul O'Regan Hall on Friday, Feb. 23 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sign up here to register.
