In case you missed it, B.C. Premier Christy Clark posted some light-hearted New Year's resolutions on YouTube this year.
Clark's three tongue-in-cheek resolutions were:
- To stop demanding that her young son Hamish get a shutout in every single one of his hockey games.
- To bake some cookies for the media and give them a big hug.
- To accept Richard Branson's offer to go "waterskiing."

The British billionaire Branson sparked a small controversy when he actually invited Clark to join him for some naked kite-surfing after a visit to Vancouver last year.
"Okay that was just a joke," said Clark, after making the resolutions.
