Missing 84-year-old man found safe, VPD say

The Vancouver Police say an elderly Downtown Eastside resident who has been missing for two days has been located. 

Police tweeted 84-year-old John Feliccia was found near West 41st Street and West Boulevard and that "he appears to be fine."

There was heightened concern for Feliccia's safety given his age and cold weather.
