Metro Vancouver's man death in Whistler deemed suspicious

Several suspects are in custody after Whistler RCMP found an injured 19-year-old man who later died of his injuries.

RCMP responded to a call just after midnight Sunday morning near Main Street and found a Lower Mainland resident with life-threatening injuries.

The man was taken to a local clinic where he was pronounced dead.

The British Columbia Coroners service and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team have now taken over the investigation.
