Highway 1 in Burnaby reopened after vehicle fire
Fire caused major traffic congestion on Sunday afternoon
Traffic on Highway 1 in Burnaby was brought to a standstill after a vehicle fire at the Douglas Road Overpass.
Drivers began reporting problems on social media just after 3 p.m. PT Sunday.
Within an hour, Drive B.C. had reported the overpass had been re-opened.
Drivers were warned to expect delays due to congestion.
