Automatic electronic tolling will now ding car drivers between $2.75 and $3.90 per crossing. Large trucks will pay up to $9.40 per crossing, while motorcycles will pay $1.40 or more.
The cheapest rates will be for drivers who have registered for a Quickpass electronic transponder for their vehicle.
Unregistered drivers will be billed by the Insurance Bureau of British Columbia.
Pedestrians, bicycles, buses and emergency vehicles are exempt from the toll.
