Closure begins Monday and is scheduled to last 1 week
Two westbound lanes will be closed on Heritage Drive at 14th Street S.W. for about a week starting Monday so crews can do repair work on a water valve.
City officials say the work will not disrupt water service to customers.
The project is considered a "high priority" and will affect motorists but not pedestrians or cycle traffic, according to a release from the city.
Drivers should be aware the speed limit through the construction area will be reduced to 30 km/h while the work is ongoing.
Anyone with questions or concerns is encouraged to call 311.
