Tracey Halladay didn’t even want to go to the gym when she was younger because she’d sweat. After encouragement from her husband she tried it and has been competing in powerlifting and strongman ever since.

Tracey had their daughter in 2012 before competing in Strongwoman. She said it was hard getting back to where she was before she was pregnant. Tracey had a workout 11 days after Jordan Halladay was born and it was not her best. “But it’s all attitude too,” she said. “Any mom that’s just had a baby you have to make yourself a priority too.”
