CBC&nbsp;Saskatchewan&nbsp;is heading out of the newsroom (and their comfort zones) for our In Your Shoes series.

Reporters will be trying a range of activities in Saskatchewan and report&nbsp;back.

Men, women and children alike got on the stage at the Korean Pavilion to try a random dance challenge, a mashup of popular K-pop songs and dances.

From drab to fab to drag: Extreme makeover a lesson in acceptance

For someone who doesn't often wear makeup, the things laid out on this table look like instruments of torture. A multitude of unfamiliar sticks, colours, fake eyelashes and glue flash before me over the course of a two-hour transformation into a drag queen.

Among this week's Pride events was a Drag Queen 101 class, teaching the basics of makeup and contouring, and for those willing to give it a try, the full drag queen makeup experience.

Not quite a K-pop star: How I narrowly avoided destroying Mosaic's Korean pavilion

For the first time ever, the Korean pavilion had decided to introduce Korean-pop dance contests to its offerings, and CBC reporter Janani Whitfield decided it would be fun to give it a go and learn about the global K-pop trend.

Erin McKillop and her husband Rick Sveinbjornson attempt to order a meal at Regina's Hunter Gatherer restaurant without using their voices.
