In pair of incidents, police say minivan driver rolled up beside other vehicles then revealed himself
Calgary police have arrested a 55-year-old man after two separate incidents in which the driver of a minivan exposed his genitals to people driving in other vehicles.
Frank James Noskey of Carstairs, Alta., was arrested this week in connection to the May 12 and May 22 incidents.
In the first case, police said a man behind the wheel of a white minivan drove up beside another vehicle travelling southbound on Stoney Trail, near the Peigan Trail turnoff.
When the people in the other vehicle looked over, the minivan driver showed them his genitals.
They reported the incident and police later released a sketch of the suspect and an image of the van.
That led another person to come forward to report a similar incident that had happened on May 22.
In that incident, the complainant had been able to obtain the suspect vehicle's licence plate number.
Noskey has been charged with two counts of committing an indecent act.
