CBC in Kitchener-Waterloo hosted panel discussions in the five city ridings for Ontario Votes 2018, and also for the city of Guelph. Here's who said what.

- Nathan Andre Lajeunesse, Libertarian.
- Surekha Shenoy, Ontario Liberal Party.

- David Weber, Green Party of Ontario.

Three candidates for the new riding of Kitchener South-Hespeler discussed the opioid crisis and transit issues during a provincial election panel that aired on The Morning Edition.
The panel included Green candidate David Weber, NDP candidate Fitzroy Vanderpool and Liberal candidate Surekha Shenoy.
Progressive Conservative candidate Amy Fee declined to take part in the panel, saying she had a previous engagement.

Progressive Conservative candidate Mary Henein Thorn declined to take part in the panel.

Transit and a growing opioid crisis were the top issues discussed by two candidates for the riding of Guelph during a provincial election panel on The Morning Edition.
The panel included NDP candidate Agnieszka Mlynarz and Liberal candidate Sly Castaldi, who sat down with host Craig Norris at the Guelph Public Library.
Progressive Conservative candidate Ray Ferraro was scheduled to be part of the panel, but cancelled citing a family emergency. Green party leader Mike Schreiner is also running in this riding. As a party leader, he had appeared previously on The Morning Edition.
