27-year-old man found dead near rural intersection on Dec. 6 but cause of death is unknown
RCMP have identified a man found dead east of Calgary and are asking the public for help as the investigation continues.
Jammie Lee Miller, 27, of Calgary was found dead near the intersection of Range Road 282 and Township Road 232 south of Chestermere on Dec. 6.
An autopsy was completed two days later.
Strathmore RCMP said the cause and the manner of death have yet to be determined, pending more tests.
"We are hoping to hear from anyone that was in contact with Jammie Miller between 9 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4th to 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6," said RCMP Cpl. Curtis Peters in a news release.
"Finding out his whereabouts and actions leading up to his death will help us to determine what happened and bring closure to his family."
