Maritime Electric has restored power to everyone on P.E.I. after a week-long battle that began with a storm last Sunday.
The utility has watched as numbers have gone up and down through the week. There were close to 12,000 without power Monday morning, and that was down to 1,500 Tuesday morning.
But that went back over to more than 10,000 outages on Wednesday and Thursday as new weather systems rolled over the province.

Maritime Electric spokeswoman Kim Griffin said the utility is "appreciative of our customers' patience and understanding as our crews worked 24/7 to restore power."
"It feels like we had a few storms and incredible weather that changed so often," she said.
