SUV swerved to avoid truck and lost control
A truck driver from Stratford P.E.I. has been indicted on one count of driving to endanger by a grand jury in Bangor, Maine.
Dario Dosen, 49, was driving a Seafood Express truck on a Maine highway in August.
Previously, Maine State Police had said the truck driver was attempting to turn in a turnout intended for police and state Department of Transportation vehicles.
An SUV behind him swerved to avoid the tractor-trailer, lost control and crashed — leaving the driver with serious injuries.
Dosen is scheduled to appear in court again on Dec. 6.
