Senior killed after vehicle rolls near Red Deer

80-year-old female driver pronounced dead at the scene
An 80-year-old woman has died after her vehicle went off the road and rolled near Spruceview, about 50 km southwest of Red Deer.
Police said in a release a vehicle heading north on Range Road 30 about 9:30 a.m. Saturday veered off the road and rolled several times, striking a number of trees.
Emergency crews responded from Spruceview, Sylvan Lake and STARS Air Ambulance but the 80-year-old female driver, the lone occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene.
