A Lethbridge man is facing a voyeurism charge after taking a picture up a woman's skirt in a south side store, police said in a release Monday.
Police say the 37-year-old man approached a 21-year-old woman and brushed up against her while trying to make conversation.
The woman ignored him and left, but the man followed her, took out his phone and allegedly took the picture.
The incident took place June 6, but through the woman's description and surveillance footage from the store, the man was identified and arrested four days later.
He has been released with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court June 22.
