Andrew Michalski, the roommate of Dellen Millard, one of two men charged with murder in the 2013 death of Hamilton resident Tim Bosma, returns to testify today.
Jurors learned Wednesday that Michalski was also arrested in connection with Bosma's death, but was questioned and released with no charges.

The arrest occurred May 13, 2013 — just days after Millard was arrested. In his first meeting with police, Michalski didn't tell investigators about a key piece of evidence in the Bosma case and deleted text messages with co-accused Mark Smich, Ontario Superior Court heard Wednesday.
Millard, 30, of Toronto, and Smich, 28, of Oakville, Ont., are charged with first-degree murder. Both have pleaded not guilty.
