Hamilton trial of 2 accused hears testimony from the man who said he found Bosma's truck
A man who worked at Millard Air in 2013 testified today in a Hamilton courtroom that he found Tim Bosma's missing truck in a hangar at Dellen Millard's family aircraft maintenance company.
"My exact words to myself were, 'Oh my God, could that be the truck?'" Arthur Jennings said.
Dellen Millard, 30, of Toronto, and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville, Ont., are charged with first-degree murder in the death of Bosma, a Hamilton resident. Both have pleaded not guilty.
Bosma was killed after he went missing while taking two men on a test drive of the truck he had for sale.
Jennings said he was doing a work placement at Millard Air when he found the missing truck on May 8, 2013.

He also testified: "When I crossed the floor, there was a black Dodge pickup sitting on a green tarp on the floor."

On Wednesday, the court in Hamilton heard how a tattoo and cellphone records led police to their main suspect.
Sgt. Greg Jackson, who was part of the initial investigation into Bosma's disappearance, also testified Wednesday, and said investigators learned that Bosma's cellphone hadn't been active since the night he disappeared. Court later heard the phone was eventually discovered in the grass near Kemira Water Solutions Canada in Brantford, Ont.
