The Tim Bosma case is one of the biggest to ever hit Hamilton — but also one of the most complex.
Bosma vanished on May 6, 2013 while trying to sell his truck online, igniting an impassioned — though ultimately fruitless — campaign to find the Ancaster, Ont. father and husband.
Dellen Millard, 30, of Toronto, and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville, Ont., are both charged with first-degree murder in connection with the 32-year-old's death. Bosma's charred remains were found days after that test drive on a farm near Cambridge, Ont., which the Crown says was owned by Millard,
The case against Millard and Smich has been called hugely complex, as it includes multiple jurisdictions and search warrants.
