After an amazing 44 years hosting The Nature of Things, David Suzuki is signing off.

So we say: Thank you, David.

Thanks for doing anything in the name of science. 

Thanks for inspiring us with your truly unique sense of fashion, and for showing us four decades of incredible hair.

Thanks for exposing us to new ideas and perspectives, and putting your body and brain to the test.

Thanks for taking us back in time. Thanks for making us appreciate all the other life that shares our planet. Thanks for your passion and your relentless reminders to be awed by science and the natural world. 

Thanks for inspiring us to take care of this fragile place we call home.
