This October on CBC Gem: Halloween Collection, fall premieres and more
And you can stream them all for free on CBC Gem
October is the month for the spooky and the scary and CBC Gem is adding a bunch of content to its Halloween Collection to mark the occasion. Look for The Ravenous (Les Affamés), Blood Quantum, She Never Died and more toward the end of the month to satisfy your horror hunger. Bring blankets and snacks should you need to look away.
Also, some acclaimed series coming to CBC Gem in October include the exclusive Canadian premieres of BAFTA-winning dramedy In My Skin Season 2 and We Are Black and British exploring race and identity from different perspectives; as well as season 10 of the award-winning hit series Call The Midwife, featuring a special anniversary episode later in the month; French Canadian comedy Paris Paris; and the first season of crime drama Tribal.
Several returning series have new season premieres this month as well. Heartland will premiere its 16th season, Moonshine will continue with season 2 (and a third is already announced!), The Great Canadian Baking Show features more amateur Canadian bakers in season 6, Marketplace enters its 50th season, and Diggstown reaches season 4.
All of these featured series and more are coming to CBC and CBC Gem this month.
