Kyle Lowry forces OT with mid-court heave

The Raptors found themselves trailing in the fourth quarter of Game 1 against the Miami Heat. But Kyle Lowry reminded Toronto that every second counts when he hit a mid-court Hail Mary to force overtime.

Two words: Kyle. Lowry.

The Toronto Raptors found themselves trailing in the fourth quarter of Game 1 against the Miami Heat. But Lowry reminded Toronto that every second counts.

The Raptors were down 87-90 when the all-star guard threw up a mid-court Hail Mary. 

The basketball gods delivered and Lowry took the team to overtime. 

Toronto fans weren't the only ones on the edge of their seat after Lowry's magic moment:

And if Dwayne Wade had a seat, he'd definitely be on the edge of it.

We're also onto the theory that Lowry's magic...

...found its way to Justin Smoak at the Rogers Centre as the Blue Jays defeated the Texas Rangers in the 10th inning. 

The Raptors fell to the Heat in OT but it seems as though Lowry is the only thing the internet is talking about. 

Despite his big moment in Game 1, fans are still waiting for Lowry to show his true colours in the playoffs. Onto Game 2...
