Sad England World Cup fans get free museum admission

Whenever soccer fans are down, the first thing they probably don’t do is decide to go to a museum to explore the merits of the baroque period.

Whenever soccer fans are down, the first thing they probably don’t do is decide to go to a museum to explore the merits of the baroque period.

Nevertheless, the Sao Paulo Museum of Art is trying to make sad England fans a bit happier by giving them free admission, saving them all of $7.

It’s likely an honest effort to help England fans through an extremely difficult time, and in no way a marketing technique to capitalize on World Cup fever, nor to revel in the Three Lions’ woeful tournament.

We’re part of the problem because we’re talking about it. And for that, we apologize.
