Friday is the second last day of Toronto'sĀ 2015 Parapan Am Games, and Canada is in secondĀ place in medal count.

Here are some of the best social posts we've seen so far.


Day 7 began with Canadian swimmersĀ TessĀ RoutliffeĀ and SarahĀ MehainĀ nabbing gold and silver in theĀ 100MĀ S7 backstroke. HereĀ Tess Routliffe's big sister cheers her on.
