Andre De Grasse runs 9.99 seconds in 100m at London Diamond League
Canadian sprinter's first sub-10-second time in legal wind since 2016 Olympics in Rio
"I really can't complain," De Grasse, who placed fifth in the field of nine, told CBC News' Stephanie Jenzer at London Stadium following the race. "To be on the sideline for two years [with a pair of hamstring injuries], trying to stay motivated and come here and run sub-10, I can only go up from here.
