With 10 days to go until the start of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Canada's soccer women have touched down in Rio. They were one of the first Canadian teams to move into the Athletes' Village, arriving just days before their Olympic soccer tournament kicks off on Aug. 3.

Goaltender Stephanie Labbé announced her arrival in Rio by snapping a photo with the iconic rings.

It didn't take long for her teammates to join her for a group shot.

While the team spent the day off the pitch, it still managed to fit in some cardio workouts with a bike tour of the Village.

Captain Christine Sinclair geared up for a hockey game in this photo, sporting goalie pads for a different kind of practice.

The Maple Leaf theme continued as Josée Bélanger found her way back to Canada House thanks to a familiar friend.

After establishing a strong sense of Canadiana in Rio, some of the players ventured out to take in the Brazilian sun. Bélanger and teammate Allysha Chapman headed for the beach while Nichelle Prince captured the poolside view.

The Canadian women's soccer team will continue to settle in to the Athletes' Village before hitting the road to São Paulo for its first game against Australia on Aug. 3.
