The dreaded "offside, no goal" reared its head again in the NHL playoffs, nullifying an early Tampa lead in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference final against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday.

At 14:48 of the first period, Jonathan Drouin appeared to put the Lightning up 1-0 when he banged home a loose puck past PIttsburgh goaltender Matt Murray.

But upon further review — words fans have come to despise this post-season — it was ruled Drouin was offside when the Lightning entered the Penguins' zone, his trailing skate barely an inch off the ice as Victor Hedman brought the puck across the blue-line.

The Lightning could have used that goal, as the Penguins won 5-2 to force a Game 7 on Thursday.
