The Toronto Maple Leafs are reportedly going to have a fresh look for the 2016-17 season.

As first reported by SportsLogos.net, the team will unveil a new logo and new uniforms to celebrate its 100th anniversary.

The Leafs declined comment on the subject, saying they will discuss any plans for the centennial season in the new year.

In addition to a possible centennial sweater, there is also speculation about plans to unveil throwback jerseys for next season, including an iteration of the green St. Pats uniforms.

Although there is no inkling of what the anniversary uniform and logo might look like, that hasn't stopped people from voicing their opinions.

Reactions have varied from good to bad and funny to sad.
