John Scott, NHL All-Star Skills Competition collide

Fans wanted John Scott in the NHL All-Star Game and now they're going to get some bonus coverage as the Pacific Division captain must also compete in the skills competition. 

As per NHL.com, each of the 44 players headed to Nashville for the main event on Sunday will participate in at least one of the six contests taking place the night before.

Here are the six events: fastest skater, breakaway challenge, accuracy shooting, relay, hardest shot, and shootout. 

Scott isn't exactly known for his skill, with totals of five goals and six assists to go along with 542 penalty minutes in 285 games.

Of course, he's best known for a much less delicate skill set. According to hockeyfights, he has 44 NHL fights to his name.
