Canadians serenade Adam Hadwin with national anthem at U.S. Open
A little piece of home followed B.C. golfer to Wisconsin
As the only Canadian to make the cut at the 117th U.S. Open, fans thought golfer Adam Hadwin might be feeling a little homesick.
As he headed off the third green at Erin Hills on Sunday afternoon, he was serenaded by the Canadian national anthem.
While off-key, Hadwin, of Abbotsford, B.C., was appreciative of the fans who made the trip down to the Heartland.With his round of 68 on
Thursday, Hadwin tied the all-time U.S. Open record for most consecutive birdies with six.
