In easily the most productive game of his young NBA career, Canada’s Andrew Wiggins helped lead the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 98-91 victory over the Nets Wednesday night in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Wiggins, who was picked No. 1 overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers then traded to Minnesota, scored 17 points — his first double-digit effort in four games.
Wiggins played in 37 minutes for the Timberwolves (2-2).
On several of his baskets, Wiggins showed off his incredible athleticism that got national attention since his high school days.
