10 NHL expansion teams from Nordiques to Golden Seals

The NHL is entertaining bids to expand the league, according to an announcement Wednesday by Commissioner Gary Bettman. Quebec City, Las Vegas, Seattle and a second team in Toronto are the serious standouts.
