The Canadian women's soccer team has redemption on its mind as it takes on France for the bronze medal at the London Olympics.

Canada is coming off a heartbreaking semifinal loss to its cross-border rivals from the United States, who scored in extra time for a 4-3 victory on Monday despite a heroic hat-trick effort from Canadian captain Christine Sinclair.

The Canadian team was upset with the referee for a controversial call that led to the Americans tying the match late in regulation time.
