RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson discusses Michael Zehaf-Bibeau video

Months after it was promised by RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson, MPs finally got a chance on Friday to see the cellphone video made by Michael Zehaf-Bibeau before he shot a soldier and stormed Parliament Hill on Oct. 22.

In the short video, Zehaf-Bibeau tied his attack on Cpl. Nathan Cirillo to Canadian Forces missions in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Commissioner Paulson joins us to explain why it took so long to release the video. He also updates us on the state of the investigation and weighs into the debate over the need for new anti-terrorism legislation. Paulson tells The House's Evan Solomon that the limited resources at his disposal put him in a "tough spot."
