Frosh Week Reforms: What's being done and is it enough?
The annual spectacle of frosh week may be less spectacular this year as universities and student councils adopt stricter rules of conduct -- and in some cases, prohibition.
Whether it's called orientation, frosh or welcome week-- some have become so drunken and out of control, some schools plan prohibition. But even those that tolerate alcohol are implementing ways to control those moments to remember.

Last year's, misogynistic chants by St. Mary's University students during orientation week became a national spectacle. Yesterday, the University announced changes to make it plenty different this year.

Universities across the country work to strike a balance between making sure their students have fun during the orientation week, while staying safe and respecting one another.
