South African musician Toya Delazy believes diversity is lacking in media, especially in kids' shows, and she's about to do her part to change that.

Delazy will be the voice of Bliss, the first Powerpuff Girl of colour in the upcoming reboot of the popular animated TV show from the '90s about three sisters with superpowers.

When The PowerPuff Girls: The Power of Four hits the Cartoon Network on Oct. 21, it will be the first time that Delazy's voice for Bliss will be featured alongside those of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup.

Delazy talks to q host Tom Power about her new role.
