Early in his career, Leon Bridges was being compared to greats like Sam Cooke and Otis Redding. But on his new record, he decided to take his sound in a different direction. 

Leon Bridges joins q host Tom Power to talk about his rapid rise to fame and the pigeonholing pitfalls that came along with it. He also performed tracks from his sophomore album Good Thing, which is out now.
