Venus and Serena's father Richard Williams on raising champions

Richard Williams joins guest host Piya Chattopadhyay to discuss his new memoir Black and White, which chronicles his extraordinary life and his relationship with daughters and tennis superstars Venus and Serena Williams.

The ever-candid coach opens up about the racism he's experienced since childhood, the invaluable lesson he learned from his mother ("a woman that the world should have known") and why he doesn't apologize for his unflinching approach to coaching and parenting.
