- NBC announces Billy Bush is leaving the Today Show. Bush was suspended from the show after the infamous leaked tape of his conversation with Donald Trump in which Trump talked about sexually assaulting women. Billy Bush, the cousin of George W. Bush had been co-host of the Today show since August. Bush said he was "deeply grateful for the conversations I've had with my daughters, and for all of the support from family, friends and colleagues," in a statement yesterday.
- Debate around Bob Dylan's win of the Nobel Prize for Literature continues.
