Dressing should be fun — and people should dress to amuse one another, says fashion icon Iris Apfel. The 93 year old and her inimitable style are the subject of Iris, one of the very last films by Albert Maysles

It's no wonder the late, great documentarian took an interest in Apfel. Known for her bold personal taste and signature round glasses, the designer has never cared for conformity. She joins Shad to share why style has nothing to do with beauty, why fun is "violently" missing from fashion, and why she'd rather own a piece of junk she loves than couture she doesn't.
