Can this book really put your children to sleep?

It's a struggle that many parents know all too well: it's bedtime and your child is still wide awake.

Author Carl-Johan Ehrlin thinks he's found a solution. His book The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep is meant to lull children off to dreamland, and so many parents are turning to it that it recently became the first self-published book to ever hit number one on Amazon's bestseller list.

But sleep doula Tracey Ruiz isn't necessarily convinced of its magical powers. She says there's more to helping your kids fall asleep than buying a book.
