David McCallum was wrongfully convicted of murder in 1985, when he was only 16 years old. Now, after nearly 30 years in prison, he's been exonerated — thanks in part to a documentarian who believed in his innocence.
Today David & Me director Ray Klonsky and McCallum himself join guest host Jelena Adzic to discuss the false confessions that stole years of an ordinary man's freedom, the culture that allowed such a miscarriage of justice, and how they feel about the joyfully revised version of the film (which receives its Canadian premiere tonight in Toronto).
