Classified on the power of lifting people up through music
East Coast rapper/producer/songwriter Classified drops by the q studio to chat about his latest record, Tomorrow Could Be the Day Things Change, and he's brought some friends along. Canadian hip-hop legends Maestro and Choclair join Classified for a very special performance.
Tomorrow Could be the Day Things Change is Classified's 16th album in 23 years, but nothing about it suggests an artist resting on his laurels. This is a record that grapples with difficult, heavy topics, like missing and murdered Indigenous women and child abuse. It's also an album that takes stock of where Classified is in his life right now as a guy who just hit 40, has three kids and who wonders about world they're growing up in.
