With Morgan Freeman out, Seth Rogen offers to voice Vancouver's SkyTrain

Following accusations of inappropriate conduct against Morgan Freeman, Vancouver's Rogen offered to step in as a replacement.

Following reports that several women have accused Morgan Freeman of inappropriate behaviour and harassment, Vancouver's TransLink announced that it would be suspending announcements using the actor's voice.

The 80-year-old's voice could be heard on the transit system as part of a VISA promotion to use Translink's credit card and mobile payment system, a move that had some asking why a notable Canadian's voice wasn't used instead. Yesterday, Vancouver Sun reporter Stephanie Ip suggested Vancouver's own Seth Rogen, requesting that it include his signature laugh.

Today, following the news of Freeman's suspension, Rogen replied, asking if they needed a replacement.  

For its part, Translink, which had no part in casting Freeman, saying that it was part of the company's deal with VISA, seems to be entertaining the idea. 

According to the Twitter exchange, it seems entirely possible that Vancouver commuters could hear the affable Rogen's voice, and laugh, in some capacity in the future.

Twitter users also suggested some other Canadian actors, including Ryan Reynolds (as Deadpool, no less), Will Arnett (perhaps as Lego Batman?) Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles from Whose Line Is It Anyway? and William Shatner. Rogen, as of time of publishing, is the only one to reply.
