During his address to the nation on Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin told his people that their country is open for business. He also compared his western opponents to Hitler. Putin needs to rally the populace. The government announced the economy will fall into recession next year.  Oil prices have dropped, the ruble hit a new low, and a major pipeline project was shelved. And it's not just the economy.
