State made handgun named for Delhi rape victim

An Indian state run gun maker has launched a new handgun named after the victim of a brutal gang rape on a bus in New Delhi in 2012. It's designed for women and officials say it will help them defend themselves. Brent spoke with Abdul Hameed, the general manager of the factory where the gun is being made. He also spoke with New Delhi based BBC online deputy editor Geeta Pandey, who says cost and regulations keep the gun out of reach of most Indian women.
