This week, results of the 2012 OECD's PISA test were released. This exam evaluates education systems worldwide by testing the skills and knowledge of 15-year-old students. The 2012 exam zeroed in on math and Shanghai topped the list. Canada ranked 13th out of 65 - a three spot drop from 2009, which caused some concern.
